SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITION

Payment Terms:

The quotation is in Thai Baht (For RMB payment, please specify in advance and settlement will be based on the exchange rate on the payment date.) Upon receiving the invoice from Hooda Hooyah Travel, please kindly transfer the payment to specified bank account within 24 hours.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and lock the boat Schedule.
The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days prior to the charter start date. If booking is made within 3 days of the charter, full payment is required.

HOW TO BOOKING THIS TOUR

BOOKINGS should be made at least 1-day prior to the tour date, until 20:00 PM (Office Hrs.), in order to guarantee seats confirmation availability
in time.
Only full paid bookings will receive a confirmation back with a ticket voucher to your email or what app or Facebook messenger.

BOOKING INFORMATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 7 days before the charter start date: Free cancellation.

Cancellation between 3-7 days before the charter start date: 50% deduction (on one free reschedule subject to availability within 3 months.)

Cancellation within 3 days before the charter start date: no refund or changes allowed.

In case of severe weather and resulted in order by the Meteorological Department prohibiting departure, a full refund will be issued; or one free reschedule subject to availability.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days via the original payment method.

In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible
