This ferry service operates only between November and April.

Kindly check your travel date and time for accuracy before booking.

 For customers traveling the next day, the company will not provide hotel pick-up service if you make a reservation after 10:00 PM. Please travel to check in at Nopparatthara Pier yourself, 30 minutes before the departure time.

 The tickets purchased cannot be refunded.

 Changing the travel date before the departure date is acceptable.

 Luggage weight is limited to 20 kilograms. If the weight of the luggage exceeds the limit set by the company, there will be an additional charge of 100 baht per bag.

 If you make a reservation after 10:00 pm., you will receive a confirmation email around 07:00 am. (according to Thai local time.)
