1. PRIVACY
Personal details that are given to us will remain confidential and will never be given to a third party.

2. LIABILITY
Hooda Hooyah Travel Company, acts only as an agent for carriers, transportation companies, hotels and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control, Hooda Hooyah Travel Company, also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

3. TOUR PRICE
Day Trips & Excursions includes; Transfer from your Hotel, English Speaking Guide, Soft drink, Water, Coffee and Tea, Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Lunch, Marine National Park entrance fees, Life Jacket, Mask, and Snorkels, fully cover insurance.

* CHILD RATES; Child prices apply to those aged three years old and above but below ten years old.

* INFANT RATES; Child under four years old is free of charge for all program


Excluded from tour price;

Expenses other than those specified in each tour itinerary e.g., airport taxes, additional meals, sightseeing, cost of passport, visas or other documentation, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal or baggage insurance, cable, telephone or communications charges, or any items of a personal nature are not included in the price quoted.

* After reservations and payments are made, you are required to print Tour Orders (Vouchers) from our booking

4. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

All reservations requested will be replied by fax or e-mail within two business days. If you do not receive any reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request as the messages could have been garbled or lost in transmission. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

FULL PAYMENT must be received before your clients' arrival in Phuket unless prior arrangements have been made for credit facilities. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.

* A fax copy of the remittance made will also facilitate the clearance of payment from our bank. Bank and finance charges are to be borne by the paying party.

*VISA OR MASTER CARD can be accepted by 3.5% charges.
Please provide your credit card number, the correct card's holder name, expiry date & code on card.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

DAY TRIPS & ACTIVITIES, AIRPORT TRANSFER

If you cancel the following will be applied

* Booking Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before departure trip date,50% of your total amount will be charged.
*Booking Cancellations that be made less than 24 hours before departure trip or NO SHOW! customer on departure trip date,100% of your total amount will be charged.
*For Charter Boat (Privacy Trip), Please Booking Cancellations that be made less than 72 hours before departure trip or NO SHOW! customer on departure trip date,50% of your total amount will be refunded.
*For Charter Boat (Privacy Trip), Please Booking Cancellations that be made less than 1 week before departure trip or NO SHOW! customer on departure trip date,100% of your total amount will be refunded.
* In the case of sickness you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible...Please call +66661514711 

If Hooda Hooyah Travel Cancels a trip:

Hooda Hooyah Travel has never canceled a trip for anything but unsafe weather. If we do cancel for weather, there are no refunds but a trip of a similar standard will be offered. In the past, we have only ever had to delay a trip by one day because of tropical storms.

If you book a trip in the monsoon season, you may well get wet! Rain is not a valid reason for canceling a trip. If we cancel for lack of bookings, we will refund the full cost of booking. All other expenses are your responsibility.

* To cancel your reservation, you must do one of the following:

7. REFUND POLICY

Please note refunds can take up to 10-15 working days. All refunds requested will be replied by fax or e-mail within two business days. If you do not receive a reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request as the messages could have been lost in transmission. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

8. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
  • Pregnant travelers are not allowed.
  • Travelers who have spinal problems are not allowed.
  • Travelers who have heart disease or other serious health issues are not allowed.
  • Infants and children under 4 years old are not recommended.
  • The elderly above 60 years old are not recommended.
